Android software update rollouts usually conducted in phases which is typically they start at  select percentage of devices within around 24 to 48 hours.

Upon updating to Android 5.0 OS, users were advised to free enough memory spaces at around 3 Gbytes remained in the phone. The requirement is a must, failing to comply the phone will just restores back to KitKat OS. Once until a user generates the required free memory space he or she can retry to update again.
